| We view potential properties on your behalf, giving you a totally objective appraisal and alerting you to those that we recommend you view yourselves. With the vendor’s permission, we are also able to email photographs to you in addition to those supplied in the estate agent’s details. Photographs of the area surrounding a particular property can often prove to be very helpful. |
| We put together a shortlist of suitable properties then liaise with you to arrange viewings. If necessary we can meet you at the airport or local railway station and accompany you on all viewings and if you need to stay in Devon overnight or longer, we can arrange suitable accommodation for you. |
| Once your ideal home has been found we will, if you require, negotiate on your behalf to buy at the best possible price. We can also work, if necessary, in conjunction with your Solicitor to do all we can to ensure a smooth transaction to the completion of your new home. |
